This cooler features six heatpipes for ultimate thermal transfer from your CPU. The Ultima-90 is not only lightweight and easy to install, but offers incredible performance. The unique stepped fins allow the Ultima-90 to hold either a 92mm or a 120mm fan. We recommend the Nexus Silent 92mm or 120mm silent case fans for the best in silent fan performance. If you've been wanting to install a low noise, high performance 120mm fan on your CPU cooler but didn't have room for the huge heatsink, the Ultima-90 is the cooler for you, packing huge 120mm performance in a small 90mm heatsink footprint, all with Thermalright's legendary quality and performance.

If you're also looking to add additional cooling performance to your CPU, we suggest the Thermalright IFX-10 Motherboard Backside Cooler. The cooler utilizes two heatpipes and proprietary through holes to cool the CPU to increase the life expectancy and stability from the back of the motherboard.
