Additionally, for those of you requiring more silence, our systems include an option for the Smart Drive Neo hard drive enclosure, which further silences your hard drive without raising its temperature. Solid-state drives (SSD) have no moving parts, so they make no noise, have blazing fast read times, and are more reliable than standard mechanical hard drives.

Whether the system is shipped with an OS installed or not, each system goes through the same rigorous testing process. We check every component and each port throughly before the PC ships.
