To get the process started, just fill out and submit the RMA Request Form.
We strive to make our return process fast and easy. However, all returns must be pre-authorized and entered into our system.
Return requests (RMA requests) are typically processed within 24-48 business hours after submission. After processing your request, we will e-mail you complete return instructions and a return merchandise authorization number. This RMA number must be visible on the outside of your returned package. Returns received without a valid RMA number, clearly visible on the outside of the package, will be rejected. RMA numbers expire within 15 days of being issued.
Returns for refund on valid items are only accepted within 30 days of original purchase. The 30-day credit return policy does not apply to certain items, such as hard drives, video cards, motherboards, CPUs, computer systems, surplus parts, and opened Acoustipack products which can only be returned for replacement.
