Quiet Computer Cases - Nexus Morpho Black Aluminum Case

The Nexus Morpho is a premium aluminum case without compromises. The best aluminum, with the best treatment and a great design. This ATX/Micro-ATX case is fully constructed out of the finest aluminum and is assembled taking the greatest care. We have done our utmost to get every little detail right.

The Nexus Morpho case is designed smaller than most other computer cases, but with a numerous features which make it ideal for a full-sized computer build, as well as for efficient cooling and a good quiet build. Nexus put the utmost thought into the design of the outside and the layout of the inside of the case. The Morpho case includes the best possible layout for individual computer components, all while creating ideal airflow. The case itself is made up of 2.0mm thick aluminum.

Buttons with a quality touch. The buttons are made of the same quality aluminum as the case. We choose to use the same color and quality as the case so they completely blend in and give an extra touch of quality.

The LED's are embedded in the front of the Morpho case, with a vivid red color, giving superior visibility, without being too bright.
 

The airflow has also been thought through carefully. The Morpho can be equipped with two 120mm case fans (supplied with the case). The front fan takes in cool air and directs the air thru the Hard Disk bay and over the motherboard. While the rear fan blows the hot air out of the case. The small size of the Nexus Morpho does not mean you have to give in on possibilities. The Morpho still has 5 PCI slots and therefore gives a lot of possibilities to build a computer with premium parts.
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 

The case has been designed so that the front case fan can get in the cool air very easily, thru two openings in the bottom of the case. The cool air is been forced thru the fan filter and is blown thru the hard disk tray which hold the hard disks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

With most PC cases the exhaust fan is installed directly onto the rear panel, causing the hot air to bounce on the case and back to the case fan fan. This in general will produce noise and can decrease the lifetime of the exhaust fan. To solve this we keep a small gap between the case and the exhaust fan.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

With most smaller cases you often have to choose a "standard' ATX PSU. We included a special bracket so you will still be able to install the somewhat bigger PSUs (such as the Nexus 80 Plus series).
 
 
 

The 3.5" drive bay can be used for a FDD or a card reader. The bay can be removed completely and the drive can be installed outside the case to prevent scratches.
 
 
 

The HDD mounter is installed on the bottom of the case. It can hold one HDD. If you only use one HDD you can remove the HDD drive bay to expand the free space inside the case.
 
 
 

In the HDD bay is place for a maximum of three HDD's. The bay is made out of 2.0mm aluminum which is superior in heat dissipation. Because it easily can be removed the installation of the HDD's are simple and easy.
 
 

Although the case is small the layout has been carefully thought thru. For example. it can easily fit a GeForce7800 GTX graphics card.
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Because aluminum is very sensitive and you easy can damage or scratch the case. We designed the case so that installation of most parts can be done outside of the case.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Included with the case are four rubber feet. The feet are made out of silicone damping rubber which is also being used in the audio industry. The feet will absorb the vibrations and reduce the noise.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Supplied with the case are 14 thumbscrews. The thumbscrews make installation simple, when these are installed you do not need a screwdriver to open the case, remove the PSU or replace PCI cards.
 

Two Nexus Real Silent 120mm case fans are supplied with the Morpho case.
 

8 silicone Fan Mounts are supplied with the Morpho case to install the 120mm case fans in a vibration and resonance free manner.
